Logistics + Product Coordinator
Do your friends make fun of your spreadsheets... but also ask you to plan every group trip because you’re that good? Do you get a weird thrill from color-coded Google charts? Love checking things off a to-do list and jumping in to help the crew get stuff DONE?
Good. Because we’re Borrow, and we’re hiring a full-time Logistics + Product Wizard to keep our wild, creative warehouse universe running like clockwork.
Here’s the vibe:
-
You’ll schedule and route deliveries, keep production timelines on track, and make magic happen behind the scenes at some of the Midwest’s coolest events.
-
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our crew of builders, installers, and designers to bring the vision to life—on time, in budget, no chaos (okay, less chaos).
-
You’ll get your hands dirty (sometimes literally—warehouse life!) and your brain working (systems! lists! optimization!).
This role is part logistics mastermind, part production traffic controller, part team MVP. If you crave variety, love structure, and hate inefficiency with the fire of a thousand clipboards, you’ll thrive here.
We work with some of the most innovative and high-profile events in the region, and no two days are ever the same. If you love problem-solving, learning new systems, and working with a passionate, creative team—this might be the role for you.
POSITION: Logistics + Product Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, calm-under-pressure, systems-minded individual who can bring clarity and efficiency to our logistics and production operations. You’ll be part of a creative, hands-on team and work closely with the Team & Development Manager, and under the direction of our VP of Marketing & Styling and the Owner.

About Borrow Curated
Borrow Curated Furniture + Design is where creative meets physical. We rent and build modern, made, and antique furniture for events, homes, and installations across the Midwest.
Half the year, we’re building — sanding, painting, cutting, and crafting furniture in our Borrow Builds shop. The other half, we’re installing — loading up trucks, hitting the road, and setting up some of the most beautiful weddings, corporate events, and pop-ups around.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who loves staying active, problem-solving in motion, and leading a crew that knows how to work hard and laugh harder.
About the Role
This is not a “sit behind a desk” kind of management job. You’ll spend your days in the warehouse, on-site, and on the move—leading teams, managing installs, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly from the truck to the venue floor.
You’ll partner with the Operations + Production Director to make sure our builds, deliveries, and event setups are organized, safe, and on time.
What You’ll Do
-
Lead warehouse + installation crews through the prep, load, delivery, and setup process
-
Drive (or ride along) in box trucks for deliveries and installs
-
Keep inventory organized, clean, and ready to roll
-
Manage schedules, loading plans, and event-day logistics
-
Troubleshoot in real time when things don’t go as planned
-
Assist in our Borrow Builds shop during the fabrication season (furniture, paint, décor projects)
-
Motivate and train team members — and jump in alongside them when needed
-
Maintain safety standards and keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine
Physical Expectations
Let’s be straight: this is a very physical job — and we want someone who loves that. You’ll:
-
Lift and carry furniture weighing 50–100 lbs regularly (up to 300 lbs with a team/dolly)
-
Be on your feet most of the day (8–10 hours)
-
Load and unload trucks, climb ladders, and move large items safely
-
Work indoors, outdoors, and in all kinds of Ohio weather
-
Get your hands dirty — tools, tape measures, paint, and power drills are part of your daily toolkit
If you like staying fit, being on the go, and seeing your work take shape right in front of you, you’ll love this role.
Why You’ll Love This Job
-
You’ll never sit still. This is a job for people who hate desk work — you’ll be moving, lifting, building, driving, and creating every single day.
-
You’ll see your work come to life. One day you’re loading a truck, the next you’re standing in a transformed venue knowing you built that.
-
You’ll stay fit while you work. Skip the gym membership — this job keeps you strong, active, and constantly in motion.
-
You’ll work with an awesome crew. Our team is fun, hardworking, and full of people who take pride in what they do (and can laugh in the middle of chaos).
-
You’ll get hands-on creative experience. You’ll learn how events come together from the inside out — design, logistics, styling, and even furniture building.
-
You’ll have real responsibility. This isn’t a “shadow the manager” job — you’ll lead crews, solve problems, and make decisions that matter.
-
You’ll be part of something unique. We design, build, and style our own inventory — that’s rare in this industry. You’ll help make ideas turn into actual pieces.
-
You’ll see cool places. From rooftop parties to outdoor weddings, you’ll work in some of the most stunning venues across the Midwest.
-
You’ll grow. Borrow is expanding fast — and we promote from within. If you’re hungry, humble, and hands-on, you’ll go far here.
-
You’ll love the mix of grit and creativity. It’s physical, it’s fast, it’s fun — and it’s deeply rewarding when you see your hard work shine on event day.
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse, events, logistics, or production
-
Physically strong, high-energy, and comfortable leading from the front
-
Valid driver’s license (bonus if you’ve driven a 26’ box truck before)
-
Calm under pressure, even when things get chaotic
-
Team-first attitude — you motivate, teach, and jump in wherever needed
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Growth mindset — you’re here to learn, improve, and build something amazing
Bonus Skills
-
Carpentry, painting, or set-building experience
-
Familiarity with inventory software, Google Workspace, or project tools
-
Experience working in creative or event environments
Perks
-
401(k)
-
Flexible schedule
-
A creative, hard-working, team-oriented culture
-
Opportunities to grow with a company that’s building something unique
