Welcome to the before and after.

Here are some details into the process!  It was a fun project between myself and my husband, Ryan (well most of the time😉.)

Scope of Work:  Create a flex space that has 4 work spaces.  Downsize from a 2100 square foot office to under 700 square feet in a retail space that has not been updated / changed in 40 years.

The why: After Covid Ryan realized a couple different things.  #1.  The work from home model worked great for his employees. #2. Time with family is everything.  There is a saying in insurance that “life is not a dress rehearsal.”  When Ryan really broke this down time with family was his number 1.  A 30 minute commute to Twinsburg didn’t seem like much before Covid but saving an hour a day drive-time meant more time with the people that mean the most.  #3.  He loves his Heights community and wants to have his business’ home base where he lives and enjoys his time.

When we brought down the initial drop ceiling we realized there was another drop ceiling above it…. when that came down we found this beautiful rustic wooden ceiling.
